Networks nTouch Call Management Service allows mobile phone subscribers
to use their mobile phone as a remote control, determining routing
across work, home, mobile, etc. phones. Numerous work flow studies
and wire frame diagrams, as well as HTML and Flash ptototypes, helped
to visualize the service before coding. Advanced interface concepts
were also explored, including a visual UI for real time call monitoring

| The Neuros MP3 Player developed by Digital Innovations
exhibited unique qualities not found in other MP3 players. However, the
user interface for the device, and especially the synchronization software
desperately needed evaluation and redesign. A Design Audit was completed,
from unwrapping and "turning it on", and design recommendations outlined. View Work > |

| This work for British Telecom and Myneton
focused on developing a communication tool for workers on the road. The
device was designed for collaborative work groups, and rapid prototyping
for the Compaq IPAQ was completed in HTML. The constraints in screen
real estate and interaction capabilities mae for a very challenging problem. View Work > |
