		As an early member of myCFO, a financial services firm targeting high net worth individuals, my responsibilities ran the gamut of applied design across the entire organization, including design direction for all brand and identity elements, initial end-user interviewing and information gathering; initial interaction design for various myCFO web based services; and design direction for overall user interface design. I later hired and managed 11 employees in the design and usability group, helping to established a culture of good design early within this startup environment.
